I know I keep posting about the Angeles National Forest as one of my favorite locations. Maybe you are tired of it already – but honestly, it deserves all the spotlight. The beautiful canyons, cliffs, forests, the city view, and well, everything else. Pair all of that with a gorgeous couple and beautiful sunset? This is absolute perfection in the making. Monique and Eddie were also so awesome to bring their motorcycle, so fitting with Angeles Crest Highway.
This Southern California national forest is quite close from downtown, and very easy to access. There are multiple roads up, but my favorite is just climbing up ACH, otherwise known as CA-2. Monique sat with me while we drove up my car, with Eddie driving behind us on his Ducati. This particular location is on Mt Wilson, where the famous Los Angeles observatory resides. Just a few steps into a hiking trail, is this absolutely gorgeous hillside view. You might recognize this same spot I took last year with Corina and Matt. As you can tell from that set to this – while it is the same location we had totally different views! The cloud position, the sunlight – this location never ceases to amaze me.
Enjoy this gorgeous set from Angeles National Forest with Monique and Eddie below. I had a blast hanging out with them, photographing their unique love story. And of course, cannot forget the Ducati shot – and surprise! I’m still obsessing over Monique’s ballerina outfit shots. How PERFECT are they?
