So some of you may know that I was taking a month break after chaotic end of 2019. Winter season is usually busy with holiday sessions, but this time I had 8 weddings back to back during November and December. Of course, with editing time on top of that I had initially thought I could use a month break. Oh boy, I was wrong! I couldn’t sit still for no longer than a week, and I was itching for a shoot. My good friend Greg was setting up a photoshoot at the Hidden Swing on Top of Elysian Park, and he was kind enough to let me join!
I had seen people take photographs here, and I always wondered where it was. Nestled at Elysian Park, this photo spot is just a few minutes “hike” up. By “hike”, I mean 5-10min walk. Although, be warned that it is a bit steep. Please make sure you bring close toed shoes with enough tread on them as it is also dusty/sandy path.
Phien, Greg, my husband and I met up at early morning right as the sun was rising. With very little people there at that time, it was easy to do a quick session up on the hill. Enjoy the photos from the hidden swing at Elysian Park that overlooks Burbank, California.
Location: Elysian Park
PS: Sorry I had to throw in photos the Tesla – the sunrise and the car looked so good together!
