If you’ve been on my photography journey with me a while, you probably recognize this beautiful couple Cascade and Kyle. I took their engagement photos at El Segundo Beach a while ago. These two are so beautiful inside and out, and I have been looking forward to their wedding since their engagement session! When the couple told me they would like to do their formal photos at the very same beach, you know that I will say yes!
The day started at ocean view apartment in Redondo Beach. With yacht docked all around, sunny skies – I just knew the wedding day was going to be perfect. And honestly, how can it NOT be when I’m with Cascade and Kyle? I met up with Cascade and her wonderful parents and her close friends at the apartment, and the day began. For readers out there considering doing father first look, I say go for it!! This was truly a beautiful moment, and I loved every minute of this! Scroll down to see the photos!
Their wedding took place at Library Park in El Segundo, surrounded by their close family and friends. I always love weddings where you can just absolutely tell that their family and friends adored the couple, and this was one of them. The ceremony was a success (doh, how can it not be?) and we were off to El Segundo beach for formal photos.
The El Segundo Beach Wedding
I’ll let the photos speak for themselves about this beach session, but let’s just say they absolutely NAILED it. Despite the harsh sun, the two were just so perfect. Once the photos were done, we went to Deluca Pasta for their wedding reception. Guys – I think I say this every time I shoot restaurant weddings, but I think they are one of the best place to host a wedding. It was such a pleasant evening with Cascade and Kyle in their city of El Segundo. We even did sparkler exits, which are absolute fun!
For those of you curious, you have to check out their engagement session and read all about how they met! I mean, what are the chances they met on a flight?? 😉 Thanks Cascade and Kyle for having me! Cascade has become a friend of mine since our engagement session, and I am so, so happy for them both! My heart is full!
